This superb wine encapsulates all of the hallmark characteristics of a classic Margaret River Chardonnay. 2011 Reserve Margaret River Chardonnay (Sold Out)
This was an outstanding vintage for early picked whites. The intensity of fruit and balance is incredible and reflects the magnificent fruit characteristics of the Willyabrup vineyard. Its greater depth of flavour and perfect harmony between all layers of this fine wine made it a pleasure to make – from fermentation through to bottling. Released in May 2013, its first showing produced a Gold Medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards, as well as a Blue-Gold Award and Top 100 Wine of the Competition at the Sydney International Wine Competition. Designed to age, this wine will evolve over the next five to 10 years.
2011 Reserve ‘The Satyr’ Margaret River
The best parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Merlot were carefully selected from the Willyabrup vineyard for this superb wine. A small portion of Malbec was added to enhance its perfume and juicy palate weight. Aromas of intense red currant and blackberry are supported by plum, black olive, fresh tobacco leaf, cocoa and truffle notes. The palate is both huge and velvety, with the fruit and savoury notes tightly held together by the Petit Verdot structure. The finish is seamless with ripe tannins and integrated French oak. The wine is unfined to provide a structure and can be cellared for 20 years.

2013 Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
Recently rated top Margaret River Bordeaux White by Decanter Asia writer Poh Tiong. The intense fruit is aided by complexity from a small barrel ferment portion. To be enjoyed now or over the next year.
2012 Reserve Margaret River Chardonnay (Released May 2014)
Another outstanding Margaret River Vintage. This wine is one of the tightest I have ever made; meaning it has taken a long time for the flavours to be released. This a great attribute and is why I age my wines before release. This wine will continue to get better and better over the next ten years. Still drinking well now on release, the complexity is starting to develop and enhance the very intense fruit.
