2009 Reserve Margaret River Chardonnay

Hand picked, basket pressed, partial wild yeast fermented and mlf in french Barriques.  this wine retains elegance, precision and length, the white peach and grapefruit flavours complexed by nutty/creamy notes.  Has great length.

2009 Reserve "The Satyr" Margaret River - (Sold Out)

This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cab Franc.  This wine was released January 2011 after 18 months in French Barriques.  The fruit elements of this wine are balanced by savoury notes, with a full body and great length.  Huge ageing potential.

2010 Reserve Margaret River Chardonnay - (Sold Out)

This wine was bottled in February 2011.  It is potentially the best Chardonnay yet.  The wild ferment portion is adding a beautiful butterscotch/marmalade character, with the intensity of the fruit linking all the complexities.

2010 Reserve "The Satyr" Margaret River - (Very limited stock)

This wine was bottled in June 2011.  After completing ferment and MLF in barrel the wine was matured for a further 12 months in barrel.  The blend has come together well with the Cabernet giving a beautiful fresh casis (red current) character.  There is a lot happening with this wine and will continue to evolve over the coming years.

2011 Reserve Margaret River Chardonnay

Bottled in March 2012.  Release May 2013.  This is the best wine I have made to date (this can't keep happening!).  It was a pleasure from ferment through to bottling.  The intensity of fruit and balance is incredible.  With it's first showing producing a Top 100 and Blu Gold in Sydney, I am very excited.

2011 Reserve "The Satyr" Margaret River

Bottled in May 2012.  Release May 2013.  A further evolution of the Satyr with a Malbec portion replacing the Cab Franc and adding perfume and a juicy palate weight.  The tannins are full but surprisingly attractive.

2012 Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

A new addition to the stable.  Another wine to emphasise the strength of the Margaret River Region.  A very fruit driven wine with aromas of passionfruit, snowpea, and capsicum, with a floral lift.  The palate retains all these characters with the Semillon adding structure, longevity, and enhancing the very long finish.

2012 Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

A wine to highlight how beautiful this variety can be.  Still some complexity with aromas of cassis and blueberry with plum, black olive, fresh tobacco leaf and cocoa notes.  On the palate the fruit and savoury notes are balanced with a seamless finish.
